Role Overview

The Senior Property Consultant leads client acquisition, property sales, and investment advisory across Abu Dhabi’s residential and off‑plan markets.

This role requires strong market knowledge, a proven sales track record, and the ability to manage high‑value clients from first contact to deal closure.

You will represent the company as a trusted advisor and contribute directly to revenue growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of buyers, sellers, and investors, providing expert guidance on Abu Dhabi’s real estate market.
  • Drive property sales across ready and off‑plan projects, handling the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing.
  • Conduct property viewings, investment presentations, and negotiations with clients and developers.
  • Build long‑term relationships through consistent follow‑up, market updates, and personalized advisory.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of Abu Dhabi communities, pricing trends, developer launches, and investment opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and listings teams to maximize exposure for properties and generate qualified leads.
  • Prepare and review sales agreements and documentation in line with UAE real estate regulations.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining high service standards.
  • Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence.

Skills And Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Property Consultant or Senior Consultant in the UAE real estate market.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and client‑relationship skills.
  • In‑depth understanding of Abu Dhabi’s real estate landscape, including major developers and key communities.
  • Ability to manage high‑value clients and complex transactions.
  • Self‑driven, target‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a car.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or French are an advantage.
