About the Role

  • Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is one of Abu Dhabi's leading and fastest growing real estate brokerages.
  • We are seeking a polished, motivated, and client centric Real Estate Client Sales Consultant to guide buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors through Abu Dhabi's top communities and deliver exceptional advisory services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client inquiries and deliver professional, well structured property viewings.
  • Build and maintain a strong portfolio of buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors.
  • Provide tailored advisory on pricing, ROI, rental yields, payment plans, and market trends.
  • Promote ready and off plan properties across Abu Dhabi's most in demand communities.
  • Conduct lifestyle presentations, virtual tours, and community briefings.
  • Negotiate offers and close transactions with accuracy, transparency, and professionalism.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy and follow company sales processes.
  • Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with strong market knowledge and exceptional customer service.

Requirements

  • Experience in real estate sales, brokerage, or client facing roles.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
  • High level of motivation, discipline, and target driven mindset.
  • Ability to build trust and long term client relationships.
  • Professional appearance and strong business acumen.
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a car.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, French, Spanish, etc.) are an advantage.
  • Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is preferred.
