- Manage and grow a portfolio of high net worth clients, investors, and referral partners
- Lead property viewings, investment consultations, and tailored presentations
- Promote off plan and ready properties from top Abu Dhabi developers
- Provide expert advisory on pricing, ROI, capital appreciation, payment plans, and market trends
- Negotiate complex offers and close high value transactions with precision
- Mentor junior consultants and support team performance when required
- Maintain CRM accuracy and ensure compliance with company sales processes
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Property Consultant, Real Estate Broker, or similar senior sales role
- Strong track record of closing high value deals in Abu Dhabi or other competitive markets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build trust with premium clients and international investors
- Highly motivated, target driven, and able to work independently
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage

About the Role
- Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking an experienced and highly driven Senior Property Consultant to lead high value transactions, manage premium clients, and contribute to the growth of our Abu Dhabi operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of high net worth clients, investors, and referral partners
- Lead property viewings, investment consultations, and tailored presentations
- Promote off plan and ready properties from top Abu Dhabi developers
- Provide expert advisory on pricing, ROI, capital appreciation, payment plans, and market trends
- Negotiate complex offers and close high value transactions with precision
- Mentor junior consultants and support team performance when required
- Maintain CRM accuracy and ensure compliance with company sales processes
- Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with professionalism, market expertise, and strong client service standards
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Senior Property Consultant, Real Estate Broker, or similar senior sales role
- Strong track record of closing high value deals in Abu Dhabi or other competitive markets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build trust with premium clients and international investors
- Professional appearance, strong business acumen, and a consultative sales approach
- Highly motivated, target driven, and able to work independently
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, French, Spanish, German, etc.) are an advantage
