Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of high‑value clients, investors, and property owners.
• Lead property consultations, viewings, and investment presentations with confidence and expertise.
• Promote off‑plan and ready properties across Abu Dhabi’s top communities.
• Provide advanced market insights, pricing strategies, ROI analysis, and community knowledge.
• Negotiate complex offers and close high‑value transactions with professionalism.
• Mentor junior consultants and support team performance when needed.
• Maintain strong relationships with developers, partners, and repeat clients.
• Ensure accurate CRM documentation and adherence to company sales processes.

Requirements

• **Minimum 2–3 years of real estate sales experience** in the UAE (Abu Dhabi preferred).
• Proven track record of closing deals and meeting sales targets.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage high‑value clients and build long‑term relationships.
• Professional appearance and strong business etiquette.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Deep understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is preferred.
