About the Role

  • I Buy Real Estate is a real estate brokerage on Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi, working with residential and investment properties.
  • We're a team of 20+ people from 14 nationalities, structured as a teal organisation flat hierarchy, full ownership, no approval chains.
  • This is a client facing role at the heart of how we sell properties and build relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end to end sales process: qualifying leads, arranging viewings, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and developers to keep a steady flow of listings and prospective clients.
  • Use AI tools to qualify leads faster, draft listings and follow ups, and keep your pipeline organised.
  • Conduct market research to advise clients accurately on pricing, availability, and trends on Saadiyat Island and surrounding areas.
  • Coordinate property viewings, paperwork, and transaction logistics with attention to detail.
  • Identify inefficiencies in the sales process and propose practical improvements.
  • Take ownership of your portfolio end to end from first contact through to closed deal and beyond.
  • Collaborate with a multicultural, cross functional team and communicate clearly across different working styles.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in real estate sales or a client facing sales role is preferred senior level track record strongly preferred.
  • Hands on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar for writing, research, or organising your workload.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship building skills.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Self directed working style comfortable taking initiative without waiting to be told what to do.
  • Results driven mindset with comfort working toward targets.
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, international environment.
  • Additional languages are a plus.
