Role Description
The Senior Property Consultant is a full-time role based in Doha, Qatar.
The role leads client engagements and drives sales across the company’s residential and commercial property portfolio.
The consultant advises clients, supports transactions, maintains relationships, and contributes to sales and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify leads, conduct property viewings, and present investment opportunities.
- Advise clients on suitable properties based on their needs and financial objectives.
- Prepare and negotiate offers and support clients through leasing or purchase processes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with local regulations.
- Coordinate property availability and pricing with internal teams.
- Provide customer service before and after transactions and build long-term relationships.
- Maintain market knowledge and contribute to sales targets and business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong consulting, advisory, communication, presentation, and customer-service skills are required.
- Demonstrated sales experience is required; property sales or leasing experience is preferred.
- Practical real estate market knowledge, ideally in Qatar, is preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- CRM and property listing platform proficiency and basic computer skills are required.
- English fluency, professionalism, ethical standards, and a client-centered approach are required.
- Arabic or additional languages are advantageous.
Work Arrangement
- The role requires working on-site in Doha, Qatar.
