Role Overview
Handover Supervisor role managing property handover and after-sales activities at Bin Al Sheikh Marina Tower in Doha, Qatar.
The position is full-time and requires immediate joining.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the complete property handover and after-sales process.
- Coordinate inspections, schedules, keys, access cards, and documentation.
- Follow up on snagging and maintenance issues and coordinate with multiple internal departments.
- Handle owner, client, and tenant queries and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain records, prepare reports, and ensure units are ready, clean, and compliant before handover.
Required Qualifications
- At least three years of experience in property handover, after-sales, real estate, or property management.
- Strong experience in inspections, handover schedules, snagging, documentation, and client coordination.
- Excellent communication, organization, multitasking, follow-up, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and coordinate with multiple departments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in Arabic and English is identified as preferred in the requirements section.
- Professional appearance, customer-oriented attitude, problem-solving, coordination, and negotiation abilities are preferred.
- Understanding of residential and commercial property procedures is preferred.
- Experience in after-sales customer service is preferred.
