Bin Al Sheikh Real Estate is seeking an experienced Commercial & Residential Leasing Consultant for its leasing team in Qatar.
The role focuses on commercial and residential leasing, client service, negotiation, and achievement of leasing targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle commercial and residential leasing inquiries from prospective tenants.
- Conduct property viewings and provide professional property consultations.
- Advise landlords and tenants on market trends, rental values, and suitable property options.
- Negotiate lease terms and close leasing transactions.
- Prepare tenancy agreements and lease documentation in compliance with Qatar regulations.
- Build relationships with landlords, tenants, and corporate clients.
- Develop new business opportunities and expand the leasing portfolio.
- Maintain property listings and update the CRM system.
- Achieve monthly leasing targets and KPIs.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of commercial and residential leasing experience.
- Strong knowledge of Qatar leasing procedures and tenancy regulations.
- Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Previous Qatar real estate market experience is highly preferred.
- An existing client portfolio and strong corporate leasing network are advantageous.
- A valid Qatar driving license and own vehicle are preferred.
- Available for immediate joining.

- The work location is in person in Doha, Qatar.
