We are looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager with 20+ years of experience to lead a landmark 5-star hotel project.
You will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, ensuring world-class luxury standards and seamless delivery through BIM-integrated workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Full Lifecycle Management: Lead the project from mobilization to high-end fit-out and final handover.
BIM Leadership: Oversee BIM coordination and clash detection to ensure precision in execution.
Strategic Oversight: Manage budgets, schedules, and large-scale multi-disciplinary teams (100+ staff).
Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate effectively between owners, hotel operators, and consultants.
Requirements
- Experience: 20+ years in construction, with a proven track record of delivering 5-star hotels.
- BIM Expertise: Practical experience in BIM-enabled environments for complex project delivery.
- Credentials: Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture; PMP/Chartered status is a plus.
