Role Overview
The Senior Project Manager owns delivery of complex pension and benefits software implementations from client engagement through go-live and operational transition.
The role combines strategic leadership, hands-on delivery, executive communication, and mentoring.
What You Will Do
- Lead governance forums, steering committees, executive reviews, and decision meetings.
- Coordinate configuration, data, QA, development, and integration workstreams.
- Manage risks, dependencies, scope, schedule, budget, quality, and delivery trade-offs.
- Lead change management, scope control, financial tracking, and resource allocation.
- Champion PMO standards and mentor junior project managers and coordinators.
- Use AI and automation for dashboards, risk analysis, dependency mapping, and forecasting.
