Role Overview
The Senior Client Program Manager leads strategic client relationships and large-scale transformations for retirement, benefits, and health and welfare platforms.
The role partners with executive stakeholders and owns delivery outcomes, governance, financial performance, and client impact.
Client Program Delivery
- Lead end-to-end Defined Benefit, Defined Contribution, and Health and Welfare programs.
- Coordinate Product, Development, Configuration, Data, QA, and Operations workstreams.
- Manage dependencies, risks, financial forecasts, and delivery commitments.
Client Partnership and Governance
- Build relationships with executive stakeholders and lead steering committees.
- Establish governance frameworks, escalation paths, and data-driven executive reporting.
- Identify modernization opportunities and translate complex delivery work into business outcomes.
Team Leadership and Improvement
- Influence cross-functional teams in matrixed environments and create accountability.
