Role Overview
TELUS Health's Retirement and Benefit Solutions team delivers cloud-based platforms for pension administration, benefits delivery, and health and welfare programs.
The Senior Client Program Manager leads strategic client relationships and large-scale transformations, including cloud migrations, legacy modernization, and enterprise platform rollouts.
The role partners with executive stakeholders and owns delivery outcomes, governance, complexity, and client impact.
Client Delivery
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Defined Benefit, Defined Contribution, and Health and Welfare programs.
- Coordinate Product, Development, Configuration, Data, QA, and Operations workstreams.
- Manage dependencies, risks, financial forecasts, and commitments across complex programs.
- Build executive client relationships, lead steering committees, and provide strategic delivery leadership.
- Establish governance frameworks, escalation paths, and data-driven executive reporting.
- Influence matrixed teams, create accountability, and promote modern delivery practices.
- Contribute lessons learned, best practices, templates, and improved PMO methodologies.
