Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex retail technology programs from initiation through close
• Manage cross-functional teams across engineering, product, store ops, and vendors
• Build and maintain program plans, schedules, and dependency maps
• Run executive steering committees and stakeholder communications
• Manage risks, issues, and change control across program lifecycles
• Lead post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement

Required Skills And Qualifications

• 6+ years in project or program management, with retail or commerce experience
• Strong working knowledge of retail systems (POS, OMS, ERP, e-commerce platforms)
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred
• Hands-on with project management tools (Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project)
• Excellent written communication and executive stakeholder management
• Strong risk and dependency management discipline
