Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements end-to-end
• Manage customer MSAs, DPAs, and order forms across the deal cycle
• Negotiate vendor, partnership, and procurement agreements
• Maintain contract templates, playbooks, and approval workflows
• Partner with sales, procurement, and security on deal close
• Track and report on contract risk, velocity, and exception trends

Required Skills And Qualifications

• JD with active bar admission in your jurisdiction
• 4+ years in commercial contracts (firm or in-house)
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills across SaaS, vendor, and partnership agreements
• Working knowledge of data protection, IP, and indemnity issues
• Comfort with high-volume contract work and consistent prioritisation
• Familiarity with CLM platforms (Ironclad, LinkSquares, Agiloft) is a plus
