Indicative range:

$110,000 – $180,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.

Role Overview

We are hiring a C++ Software Engineer to build performance-critical systems software.

The role works on the parts of the stack where memory, latency, and concurrency matter — combining systems-level expertise with disciplined engineering.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and build performance-critical systems in modern C++ (C++17/20)
  • Optimise code for memory, throughput, and latency
  • Diagnose and resolve complex bugs across multi-threaded systems
  • Conduct code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions
  • Profile and benchmark performance of production systems
  • Partner with adjacent teams on integrations and tooling

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • 4+ years building production C++ systems
  • Strong proficiency in modern C++ (C++17/20) and the standard library
  • Experience with multi-threading, concurrency, and lock-free data structures
  • Familiarity with profiling and performance analysis tools
  • Working knowledge of build systems (CMake, Bazel) and Git
  • Solid understanding of computer architecture and memory models
