Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop e-learning courses, instructor-led training, and blended programs
• Conduct needs analysis and define measurable learning outcomes
• Storyboard, write, and produce learning content using authoring tools
• Partner with subject matter experts to capture and structure expertise
• Run pilots, gather feedback, and iterate on learning effectiveness
• Maintain LMS hygiene and learning analytics

Required Skills And Qualifications

• 3+ years in instructional design or learning experience design
• Hands-on with authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise, Adobe Captivate)
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM)
• Familiarity with LMS platforms (Cornerstone, Docebo, LearnUpon)
• Excellent written communication and visual design sensibility
• Portfolio of designed learning experiences required
