Requirements
- 12 years of professional experience in project management
- Minimum 5 years in construction or project and construction management (PMCM)
- Proven track record of managing large scale construction projects with budgets exceeding $5 million
- Advanced proficiency with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or equivalent
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction industry standards and regulations in UAE and Gulf region
- Professional certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) preferred
- Experience working on projects in the Middle East region highly desirable
