- Demonstrated understanding of engineering project delivery workflow and coordination
- Experience with procurement/subcontracting and on site construction support

Purpose Of Role
- Provides direction and project management to ensure project completion in accordance with contractual obligations.
- Defines project goals and devises methods to accomplish them; develops in depth knowledge of customer objectives, contract terms, and corporate policies.
- Plans, organizes, manages, and controls projects with the established policies, procedures, systems, and requirements approved by Worley.

- Defines and selects team required to deliver scope of work.
- Effectively leads project team comprised of multi discipline/multi location members.
- Sets clear objectives for the project team including scope, schedule, productivity and budget targets.
- Oversees, motivates and monitors the performance of the team, ensuring quality and timeliness of assignments.
- Implements communication tools and process to ensure all team members are informed about project status and key performance indicators.
Key Competencies Technical Expertise
- Ensures Worley methodologies, processes, tools and systems are used throughout the project.
- Applies knowledge of all aspects of a project (engineering, procurement, quality control, etc.) to oversee successful execution.
- Ensures design team is aware and complying with customer Basis of Design and applicable codes and regulations.
- Demonstrated understanding of engineering project delivery workflow and coordination.
- Experience with procurement/subcontracting and on site construction support.
Key Competencies Financial Acumen
- Applies in depth knowledge of customer contract to the oversight and management of the project.
- Strong understanding and application of business drivers, financial reporting standards.
- Tracks cost and schedule and uses analytical skill to forecast trends.
- Understands project cost buildup including gross margin together with risks and opportunities.
- Ensures proper change control processes are understood and used by the project team.
- Manages cash flow requirements, including accounts receivable, and work in progress to minimize DSO.
Key Competencies Execution Planning & Performance
- Experienced in developing and reviewing Project Execution Plans covering all aspects of the scope.
- Applies lessons learned as inputs to planning the project execution.
- Manages execution and coordination, and implements regular reviews and controls to track project progress.
- Demonstrates a good understanding of Project Control Reports, identifies problem areas, and implements recovery plans.
- Interprets and understands key elements of the project schedule and resource plan.
- Incorporates Value Creation and Sustainable Solutions objectives into the project plan.
Key Competencies Communication & Networking
- Effectively communicates and takes a leadership role in preparing and presenting proposals and reports to staff and management.
