- Identify the Program Objectives in which the Program will be Evaluated and Accepted
- Develop a comprehensive plan for projects execution to achieve the defined objectives
- Estimate and prepare the program budgets based on the scope of project and track all costs
- Monitor the budget and make necessary adjustments in case of any changes
- Identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues to ensure successful program delivery
- Utilize project management methodologies and tools to track program milestones
- Conduct thorough program assessments, including risk analysis, resource allocation, and timeline development
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide regular project updates
- Conduct program evaluations to assess outcomes and identify lessons learned
- Prepare comprehensive program reports, including progress updates and key metrics
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or MIS
- 4+ years of relevant experience in a related industry
- Master's degree in Information Technology or MIS is a plus

ROLE PURPOSE
- To plan and implement projects by organize and oversee all aspects to ensure the achievement of their objectives within the specified time and utilizing the available resources, in accordance with the organization's goals.
Key Accountabilities & Activities
- Identify the Program Objectives in which the Program will be Evaluated and Accepted.
- Develop a comprehensive plan for projects execution to achieve the defined objectives.
- Estimate and prepare the program budgets based on the scope of project and track all costs to ensure proper budget coverage.
- Monitor the budget and make necessary adjustments in case of any changes in the project.
- Identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues to ensure successful program delivery.
- Utilize project management methodologies and tools to track program milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Conduct thorough program assessments, including risk analysis, resource allocation, and timeline development
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, department heads, and project team members.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide regular project updates, and address concerns or issues.
- Facilitate effective communication and foster collaboration among team members and stakeholders throughout the program lifecycle.
- Conduct program evaluations to assess outcomes, identify lessons learned, and drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare comprehensive program reports, including progress updates, key metrics, and recommendations for future initiatives.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology or MIS, Master’s Degree in Information Technology or MIS is plus
- 4+ Years of relevant experience in a related industry
