Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
- 12+ years of project management experience
- Proven experience leading major capital or infrastructure projects
- Strong commercial, contractual, and risk management capabilities
- Excellent executive stakeholder management skills
- Fluency in English is required
- Master's degree is preferred
- PMP certification is highly desirable
- Arabic would be considered an advantage
