- Manage end to end delivery of complex multi system programs spanning CRM, ERP, POS, ticketing, cloud data platforms, and AI/ML solutions.
- Drive AI assisted planning, predictive risk management, resource forecasting, and budget optimization.
- Coordinate cross functional teams across IT, Digital, Data, Operations, and external vendors, ensuring operational readiness and seamless go live execution.
- Oversee vendor and cloud provider management, program reporting, and PMO process improvements to standardize best practices.

- At least certified in PMP/Prince2/Six Sigma
- BS in Computer Science
- 10 years+ experience
