About the Role
Dautom is hiring a Data Modeler for a contract role in Abu Dhabi. You will design enterprise data models, build ETL pipelines, and implement data quality measures using the Informatica stack and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities
- Design enterprise data models and map multiple source systems into a canonical model (UDM/GIM) using the Informatica stack
- Build and optimize ETL/data pipelines for seamless data integration
- Implement data quality measures, source profiling, transformation rules, and handle data granularity mismatches
- Design and manage databases while ensuring data integrity, scalability, and performance
- Apply data modeling and data architecture best practices across enterprise platforms
- Work with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, or GCP) to develop scalable data solutions
- Utilize Spark and Kafka for large scale data processing and analytics
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver impactful, data driven solutions
Requirements
- Strong SQL expertise
- Solid Data Engineering foundation, including Medallion Architecture and Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCDs)
- Hands on experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Strong understanding of logical and physical data modeling beyond traditional star schema design
- Knowledge of industry data models such as Party, Event, Location, Classification, and Resource Item supertypes

Key Responsibilities
- Design enterprise data models and map multiple source systems into a canonical model (UDM/GIM) using the Informatica stack.

Required Skills

Technical Expertise
- Experience with Erwin, ER/Studio, PowerDesigner, or SQL Developer Data Modeler.
- ETL and data pipeline development experience.
- Database management expertise.
- Experience with enterprise canonical/reference data models (IBM IIW style or similar) is a plus.
