- Identify and generate high quality B2B leads through various online and offline channels
- Research target companies and key decision makers across Saudi Arabia
- Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Maintain and update CRM with accurate prospect information
- Build and nurture relationships with potential clients
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve lead generation targets
- Track outreach activities and provide regular reports on lead generation performance
Requirements
- Based in Dubai, UAE
- 2–5 years of experience in lead generation, business development, telesales, or inside sales
- Experience targeting the Saudi Arabian (KSA) market is highly preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and lead generation tools is an advantage
- Self motivated with a proven ability to meet KPIs and targets

Job Overview
- We are looking for a proactive and results driven Lead Generation Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating qualified leads, with a primary focus on the Saudi Arabian market.
