- Lead and manage all mechanical pre construction activities, including design constructability, procurement, contracts, and budget planning
- Develop working relationships, problem solve, and drive projects to successful completion
- Manage the design process to achieve client requirements and manage expectations
- Review project plans and specifications, scheduling, cost saving measures, discrepancies, and potential construction problems
- Manage project safety and environmental requirements
- Manage project timelines, risks, and reporting
- Manage project budgets and advise on options to keep budget on track
- Engage with marketing and business development initiatives
- Coordinate vendor scope with overall project delivery
- Draft contract documents in accordance with legal approved templates
- Work closely with project team to ensure effective document processing and management of contract documents
- Bring strong communication, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills
