Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Senior Project Manager - Data Centers** to join our team!
In this role you will get to **lead, govern, and deliver a large‑scale, mission‑critical data center campus.**
What You'Ll Be Doing
- Serve as the overall lead for the PMC, with accountability for safety, schedule, cost, quality, and delivery outcomes across all project phases
- Act as the primary senior interface with the Employer, leading governance forums, escalation processes, and strategic decision‑making.
- Establish and implement a disciplined project governance framework, including reporting cadence, controls, dashboards, and decision logs.
- Lead and integrate a multi‑disciplinary PMC team (construction, technical, commercial, planning, HSE, commissioning), ensuring clarity of roles and accountability.
- Oversee the development and execution of the Project Execution Plan, ensuring alignment with Employer standards, global design requirements, and RFS commitments.
- Manage programme certainty, ensuring early identification of risks, protected commissioning milestones, and timely escalation of schedule threats with recovery strategies.
- Provide senior oversight of FIDIC contract administration, ensuring fair, impartial determinations while safeguarding the Employer’s commercial and risk position.
- Ensure HSE leadership is embedded across all stakeholders, championing a zero‑harm culture where no commercial or schedule pressure compromises safety.
- Drive a quality‑first delivery approach, ensuring QAQC processes support long‑term operational reliability, maintainability, and performance.
- Lead coordination with the Engineer of Record (EoR) and Commissioning Agent, maintaining single‑point accountability for integration, readiness, and handover.
What Required Skills You'Ll Bring
- Proven experience leading large, complex PMC or PMO assignments for mission‑critical infrastructure projects, within the data center sector.
- Strong capability in programme governance, risk management, and senior stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated experience operating under FIDIC contracts, exercising independent and defensible professional judgment.
- Ability to manage multi‑package delivery environments with numerous consultants, contractors, and specialist vendors.
- Track record of maintaining delivery certainty under high commercial, operational, and schedule pressure.
What Desired Skills You'Ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years’ experience in Data Centre (DC) with relevant experience, education and trainings.
- Experience delivering hyperscale or enterprise data center campuses in phased, live‑environment conditions.
- Strong understanding of commissioning, integrated systems testing (IST), and RFS readiness for mission‑critical facilities.
- Familiarity with digital project controls platforms (e.g., Procore, SmartSheets, SharePoint) and data‑driven reporting environments.
- Experience working within the Middle East regulatory, authority approval, and delivery landscape.
- Leadership presence capable of representing Parsons and the Employer credibly at executive, authority, and board‑level forums.
