Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the construction team and coordinate clients, designers, consultants, vendors, contractors, and client-appointed partners.
• Supervise multidisciplinary Project Engineering, Construction Manager, and Assistant Project Manager teams across civil, MEP, interiors, and hotel fit-outs.
• Develop construction schedules, progress reports, tender programmes, look-ahead plans, and critical-path monitoring.
• Monitor contractor performance, technical submissions, QA/QC compliance, construction quality, site resources, productivity, and delays.
• Report project status, risks, mitigation plans, recovery strategies, and critical actions to senior management and clients.
• Coordinate hotel-specific works including guest rooms, public areas, kitchens, back-of-house facilities, facades, interiors, and specialist contractors.
• Apply contract documents, hotel brand standards, codes, technical specifications, safety requirements, and regulatory controls.
• Provide input on financial implications, cost optimization, value engineering, claims, and dispute resolution.

Qualifications and Experience

• Diploma, BE, or B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• At least 15 years of relevant construction project management experience, including leadership of large multidisciplinary teams.
• Mandatory experience executing four- or five-star hotel projects from concept or design stage through completion and handover.
• Strong exposure to hotel construction, luxury interiors, guest-room fit-outs, public-area finishes, and hospitality infrastructure.
• Demonstrated leadership, stakeholder management, client relationship management, communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven record delivering large hospitality projects within timelines, budget, and quality standards.
