Role Overview

What You Will Do Project Execution and Management
- Lead the end to end delivery of a high value construction project.
- Ensure project progresses according to approved schedule and budget.
- Oversee all aspects of project scope including high rise, residential, or commercial components.
- Develop and execute a delivery strategy tailored to the project’s needs.
- Set up clear processes for managing project timelines and resources.
- Establish comprehensive risk management processes.
Financial Management
- Oversee financial aspects including budgeting, cost forecasting, and financial controls.
- Achieve project profitability targets by managing costs and negotiating subcontractor agreements.
- Ensure diligent contract administration to protect financial interests.
Leadership and Team Coordination
- Directly oversee a multidisciplinary team dedicated to the project.
- Recruit, motivate, and retain qualified team members.
- Cultivate a collaborative culture encouraging open communication and proactive problem solving.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Client and Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for the client’s project team.
- Manage client expectations proactively.
- Act as liaison between clients, contractors, and internal teams.
