- Contribute to process improvement and mentor junior team members
- Support strategic decisions with data driven insights
Requirements
- Strong project leadership capabilities with proven experience in Project Management
- Hands on experience in Expediting to track deliverables and ensure on time completion
- Knowledge of Inspection processes to verify documentation and compliance
- Proficiency in Logistics Management for personnel and project resources
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Management, or related field
- Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) preferred
- Previous experience in recruitment, manpower supply, or related service industries in GCC region is a plus
