- Oversee end to end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management for staff supporting overseas recruitment services
- Develop and implement HR policies, maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company procedures
- Coordinate with management and department leads on workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations
- Handle grievances and disciplinary processes in a fair and confidential manner
- Support training and development initiatives and contribute to a positive workplace culture
- Prepare regular HR reports and metrics for leadership
Requirements
- Strong experience in human resources management, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
- Solid understanding of UAE labor laws, HR compliance requirements, and best practices in ethical recruitment and workforce management
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and documentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem solving abilities
- Proficiency in HR systems and basic office software
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Relevant HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are an advantage
- Previous experience in recruitment agencies, overseas manpower, or similar environments in the GCC region is preferred

Role Description
- This is a part time, on site Human Resources Manager role based in Abu Dhabi.
- The Human Resources Manager will oversee end to end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management for staff supporting overseas recruitment services.
- Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, maintaining accurate employee records, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company procedures.
- The role involves coordinating with management and department leads on workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations, including handling grievances and disciplinary processes in a fair and confidential manner.
- The Human Resources Manager will also support training and development initiatives, contribute to a positive workplace culture, and prepare regular HR reports and metrics for leadership.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in human resources management, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Solid understanding of UAE labor laws, HR compliance requirements, and best practices in ethical recruitment and workforce management.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and documentation, including contracts, handbooks, and standard operating processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem solving abilities, with attention to detail and a high level of confidentiality and integrity.
- Proficiency in HR systems and basic office software (e.g., HRIS, spreadsheets, word processing, email, and reporting tools).
- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly beneficial for communication with candidates and clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are an advantage.
