Role Description
- This is a part time hybrid Project Execution Manager role based in Abu Dhabi, with flexibility for some work from home.
- The Project Execution Manager oversees project schedules, coordinates with internal teams and external suppliers, and ensures that project milestones are achieved on time and within scope.
- Daily responsibilities include monitoring project progress, resolving execution bottlenecks, and managing communication between procurement, logistics, inspection, and operations teams.
- The role involves preparing status reports, maintaining accurate project documentation, and escalating risks or delays with clear mitigation plans.
- The Project Execution Manager also supports process improvements, ensures adherence to company standards and client requirements, and contributes to continuous optimization of expediting and logistics workflows.
Qualifications
- Strong project oversight abilities, including Project Management skills for planning, tracking, and delivering multiple assignments on time and within defined parameters.
- Hands on experience as an Expeditor, with proficiency in Expediting to follow up on purchase orders, coordinate with suppliers, and secure timely delivery of materials and documentation.
- Experience in Inspection coordination to align site or third party inspections, verify compliance with specifications, and ensure timely release of materials and equipment.
- Proficiency in Logistics Management to organize transportation, manage shipment schedules, track deliveries, and coordinate with warehouses and customs where required.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, supply chain, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in project execution or operations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across multicultural and cross functional teams.
- Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic project environment.
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, or similar platforms); experience in industrial, construction, or energy projects is an advantage.
