- Define project scopes, develop schedules, coordinate cross functional teams, and manage stakeholder expectations
- Oversee expediting activities, track deliverables, and resolve issues related to logistics, inspections, and vendor performance
- Prepare progress reports, maintain accurate documentation, and implement risk and change management practices
Requirements
- Strong project oversight capabilities, including Project Management, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination skills
- Experience with Expeditor and Expediting functions, ensuring timely delivery of materials, equipment, and documentation from vendors and suppliers
- Proficiency in Inspection processes, including coordination of quality checks, compliance reviews, and documentation of findings
- Knowledge of Logistics Management, including planning shipments, tracking deliveries, and optimizing material flow across project sites
- Proven ability to lead cross functional teams, manage multiple priorities, and work effectively with internal and external partners
- Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision making skills, with attention to detail and risk awareness
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2) are preferred
- Previous experience in project based environments within construction, engineering, energy, or related industries, preferably in the region

Role Description
- The Senior Project Manager is a part time, on site role based in Abu Dhabi.
- Responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Day to day Responsibilities
- Defining project scopes, developing schedules, coordinating cross functional teams, and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Overseeing expediting activities, tracking deliverables, and resolving issues related to logistics, inspections, and vendor performance.
- Preparing progress reports, maintaining accurate documentation, and implementing risk and change management practices to support successful project delivery.
