- Ability to work on site in Sharjah and manage multiple priorities in a part time schedule
- Previous experience in operations, administration, or coordination roles is preferred
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, operations, management, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory

Role Description
- This is a part time, on site Operations Manager role based in Sharjah.
- The Operations Manager will oversee daily business activities, including coordinating workflows, monitoring performance, and ensuring that processes run smoothly and efficiently.
- Responsibilities include scheduling and resource planning, tracking operational metrics, and supporting cross functional collaboration between teams.
- The role will involve identifying areas for process improvement, assisting with budgeting and cost control, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- The Operations Manager will also help manage vendors, support internal communication, and contribute to operational planning and execution.
Qualifications
