Role overview

Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery across multiple squads, including scope, plans, dependencies, risks, and outcomes.
- Lead, coach, and develop approximately 20 engineers while setting expectations and providing feedback.
- Establish delivery discipline through predictable cadence, transparent reporting, and continuous improvement.
- Champion an AI-first engineering culture and ensure AI tooling is used safely and effectively.
- Ensure engineering excellence across quality, security, reliability, and operability.
