Job Summary
Lead quality engineering strategy with ownership of automation, performance validation, test reliability, and production-quality observability.
Drive the Automation Suite framework, scalable automation practices, regression and integration coverage, and quality gates across delivery pipelines.
Support troubleshooting of distributed Kubernetes applications using Datadog and logging frameworks, while mentoring engineers and supporting customer escalations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the team’s quality engineering charter, including automation strategy, test framework ownership, performance validation, release quality, and continuous improvement.
- Own, maintain, and evolve the Automation Suite framework across functional, regression, integration, and API test scenarios.
- Define automation best practices, coding standards, reusable utilities, test data strategies, reporting mechanisms, and execution patterns.
- Build performance tests for workflows, scalability, load profiles, reliability checks, and performance regression detection.
- Embed automation, regression, and performance quality gates into CI/CD pipelines with development, DevOps, and product teams.
- Troubleshoot Kubernetes deployment issues, including pod failures, service connectivity, resource constraints, configuration, and environment problems.
