- Plan Project Milestones and execute the orders to ensure accurate and on time delivery of products and services to customers
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders to obtain information, validate and provide accurate and timely update to customer and relevant stakeholders
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and materials
- Monitor supply chain and order progress to track on time delivery
- Prepare and maintain reports on project and order status
- Resolve issues related to quality, technical matters, logistics, procurement, and supplier customer coordination
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, Engineering will be advantageous
- Minimum 5 8 years’ experience in Supply chain within the Oil and gas, construction, energy, or industrial manufacturing industry
- Clear written and spoken English
- Should be aware of Project Tools like ERP systems, emails, MS Office, and expediting tracking tools
- Supply Chain, PMP or project management diploma

Position Overview
- Position: Senior Project Co ordinator (2 positions)
- Location: Dubai.
- Role: Plan Project Milestones and execute the orders to ensure accurate and on time delivery of products and services to customers.
- Liaise with relevant stake holders to obtain information, validate and provide accurate and timely update to customer and relevant stake holders at agreed intervals.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and materials.
- Monitor supply chain and order progress to track on time delivery.
- Prepare and maintain reports on project and order status.
- Resolve issues related to quality, technical matters, logistics, procurement, and supplier customer coordination.
Expertise
