What you will do
- Translate strategic objectives into a programme roadmap covering workstreams, milestones, dependencies, and measurable outcomes.
- Lead delivery across workstreams involving organisational design, roles and responsibilities, process redesign, and governance.
- Establish and run programme governance, including steering committees, reporting, RAID management, and executive decision-making forums.
- Own stakeholder engagement, communications, adoption planning, and resistance management as part of the change approach.
- Act as the primary programme-level interface with C-suite and executive leadership.
What you will bring
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional transformation programmes involving organisational change.
- Strong programme governance experience, including establishing and running structures from scratch.
- Senior stakeholder management experience with C-suite or executive leadership.
- Hands-on change management expertise focused on driving adoption.
- Ability to operate as a senior, individually accountable programme lead rather than only as a coordinator.
