A leading retail group in the Middle East is hiring a Digital Business Analyst to drive requirements and delivery across digital products and customer journeys.
Salesforce experience is central to the role.
Job details
- Contract role for 9 months or longer.
- Location: Dubai.
- Start date: ASAP.
What you’ll do
- Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Work across business, product, design, engineering, and QA to clarify requirements, surface dependencies, and align solutions to business outcomes.
- Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and PI planning.
- Ensure requirements are estimation-ready with risks and scope clearly defined.
- Maintain traceability from requirements through design, build, testing, UAT, sign-off, release, and post-go-live validation.
- Analyse customer, operational, and digital performance data to identify issues and shape future requirements.
