About The Role
Mercer is seeking an experiencedSenior Program Manager to lead the strategic delivery of large-scale platform initiatives across our Talent Solutions business.
This includesenterprise integrations, migrations, new platform builds, and SaaS product development.
This is a high-impact role at the intersection ofbusiness strategy, product development, and technical execution.
The ideal candidate is a strong technical program leader with experience navigating complex environments, aligning diverse stakeholders, and bringing structure and clarity to initiatives where priorities and expectations may evolve over time.
We are looking for someone with anAI-first mindset , ideally with experience or a strong interest in applying AI-driven thinking to platform strategy, delivery, and innovation.
Your work in this role will help shape the future of Mercer’s Talent solutions—supporting how our products evolve, scale, and continue to deliver trusted insights to more than11,000 client organizations worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery oflarge-scale, multi-year enterprise SaaS initiatives , including platform integrations, migrations, and new builds, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Act as the key link betweentechnical teams and business stakeholders , translating strategic goals into actionable delivery plans with clear ownership, governance, decision rights, and change control.
- Manage multiple concurrent workstreams acrossproduct, engineering, operations, business, and sales , while keeping customer and client needs front and center.
- Drive stakeholder alignment, facilitate decisions, and maintain momentum in asenior, highly collaborative, and opinion-rich environment.
- Providetransparent, executive-ready communications and reporting on program progress, dependencies, risks, and outcomes.
- Work effectively across global teams and geographies, balancingglobal standards with local execution needs.
- Identify and mitigate delivery risks, manage interdependencies, and ensure disciplined execution across complex initiatives.
- Foster a delivery culture that embraces innovation, adaptability, and continuous improvement.
