The Role
Lead complex Salesforce transformation programs across multiple clients and projects in the EMEA region.
Ensure Salesforce engagements deliver measurable business value, predictable delivery outcomes, and strong commercial performance.
Report to the Salesforce Practice Leader - EMEA and support the consulting-led delivery model.
Program and Delivery Leadership
- Oversee multiple Salesforce transformation programs against client objectives, timelines, and contractual commitments.
- Establish executive reporting, risk management, program governance, and delivery health monitoring.
- Lead issue resolution and escalation management for complex or high-visibility programs.
Commercial Accountability
- Own revenue realization, margin protection, cost management, budgets, forecasts, and commercial performance.
- Maintain disciplined change control and scope management across engagements.
- Provide revenue forecasts and delivery health insights to practice leadership.
