Technical Lead - Salesforce

Role overview

What you’ll do

• Provide technical roadmaps, architecture guidance, and platform guidance to project teams and stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor a team of 2–5 developers while reviewing deliverables and maintaining coding standards.
• Manage technical plans, risks, dependencies, timelines, and resources across the development lifecycle.
• Align technical delivery with project goals, budgets, timelines, and client expectations.
• Drive Agile/Scrum delivery and adapt plans to changing business and project needs.
• Maintain documentation, knowledge transfer, code quality, and development best practices.
• Support solution discussions, business development, and complex technical challenges as a Salesforce subject matter expert.

Who you are

• Hands-on Salesforce technology leader with experience in solution architecture, design, and development.
• Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning/LWC, integrations, web services, and data migration.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, platform limitations, governor limits, APIs, security, data, and integration patterns.
• Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, with exposure to Marketing and Experience/Community Cloud.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business outcomes.
• Comfort leading technical discussions with senior clients and operating in a fast-paced consulting environment.

What you bring

• 10+ years of consulting or technology experience, including 7+ years of Salesforce experience.
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Technical Architect on enterprise Salesforce implementations.
• Experience delivering complex Salesforce solutions and integrations using Agile or iterative methodologies.
• Experience leading technical design sessions, defining deliverables, and producing technical documentation.
• Experience participating in business development or pre-sales discussions as a Salesforce subject matter expert.
• Active Salesforce certifications or willingness to obtain relevant certifications.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Willingness to travel to client sites when required.
