Role Overview

What You'll Do

• Provide agile project management oversight for multiple projects.
• Define project objectives, scope, estimates, timelines, and levels of effort.
• Develop project strategies and plans and identify the methods and tools required.
• Keep projects on track and on budget while resolving client issues.
• Monitor progress and budget against plan.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide technical advice and resolve problems.
• Manage scope by coordinating and responding to change requests.
• Ensure quality through planning, execution, quality assurance, and quality control techniques.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks.
• Understand and prioritize stakeholder business goals and information needs and guide system requirements and technical design.
• Provide solutions, leadership, and motivation to project team members.

What You Bring

• Minimum 5 years of client-facing digital project management experience.
• Experience using agile methodologies is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of agency or consultancy experience; five or more years is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years managing large-scale website projects across discovery, strategy, UX, design, development, QA, deployment, and maintenance.
• Prior exposure to digital marketing solutions such as Sitecore and Salesforce.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence is preferred.
• Ability to earn Scrum certification within 90 days.
