A Day in the Life

• Lead end-to-end delivery across scope, planning, risk, issues, communications, and integrations.
• Manage Agile frameworks and scale delivery processes across teams and stakeholders.
• Own execution against contracts or service orders and align delivery with client outcomes.
• Translate healthcare and RCM requirements into plans and deliverables.
• Maintain project charters, Gantt charts, sprint plans, best practices, and lessons learned.
• Track progress with Smartsheet, JIRA, Confluence, and other tools.
• Manage risks and issues, prepare governance reports and dashboards, and coordinate product, engineering, infrastructure, and client teams.
• Oversee production transition, post-go-live activities, ticket resolution, and Agile ceremonies.

What You Need

• 10+ years of overall experience, including 5+ years of program management experience in healthcare technology and Agile frameworks.
• Experience with RCM workflows, payer-provider integrations, and value-based care models.
• Hands-on experience implementing large systems, especially EHR platforms such as Epic or Cerner.
• Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing skills.
• Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical background.
• Hands-on JIRA proficiency, including complex JQL, plus Confluence, Smartsheet, and Rally.
• Hands-on AI or LLM tool experience, including prompt engineering and practical workflow applications.
• Experience with CCDA, HL7, and FHIR; familiarity with APIs, SQL, BI tools, and automation.
• PMP or equivalent certification is preferred, and government healthcare program experience is a plus.
