Support the General Legal Counsel and legal team as a Legal Consultant.
Draft and negotiate contracts while advising on innovation protection, intellectual property, and regulatory alignment.
The role is a four-month engagement.
A Day in the Life
- Negotiate sales contracts with U.S. healthcare providers, healthcare payers, pharmaceutical companies, and other clients.
- Negotiate complex procurement and partnership contracts with U.S. entities.
- Negotiate procurement contracts with India-based vendors.
- Provide legal opinions on company policies and processes.
- Conduct regulatory research and support compliance.
- Coordinate with external counsel on contracts, compliance, disputes, and intellectual property matters.
- Drive efficiency in contracting and other legal processes.
What You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from an Indian university.
- Master’s or U.S. law degree (LLM) is a plus.
- Healthcare or pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred.
- Some exposure to legal research and compliance.
- 8–12 years of in-house corporate lawyer experience with a strong healthcare technology, AI, and digital health track record.
- Ability to evaluate complex software, AI/ML systems, and medical devices.
- Familiarity with Indian and U.S. legal systems, including HIPAA, DPDP, and FDA/CDSCO regulations.
- Strong communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills.

- The role is based at the Noida office.
- The office follows a five-day work schedule.
