- Event management and operations experience, covering vendor management, onsite logistics, and attendee experience
- Business development and relationship building capabilities to engage sponsors, partners, and professional communities
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience in networking or community building initiatives, preferably in finance, IT, Web3, or entrepreneurship
- Proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, project management software, CRM platforms)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a part time hybrid environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent practical experience

Role Description
- The Senior Program Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of Money Monday Dubai networking events and related initiatives.
- This part time, hybrid role is based in Dubai, with a blend of on site event presence and remote work for planning and administration.
- Day to day tasks include defining program objectives, developing event agendas, coordinating with speakers and partners, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring a high quality experience for attendees.
- The Senior Program Manager will collaborate with marketing and operations to drive event promotion, monitor registration and engagement, and analyze feedback to improve future programs.
- The role also involves building and maintaining relationships with sponsors, vendors, and community stakeholders to support sustainable growth of the platform.
Qualifications
- Program and project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.
- Event management and operations experience, covering vendor management, onsite logistics, and attendee experience.
- Business development and relationship building capabilities to engage sponsors, partners, and professional communities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions and represent the brand professionally.
- Experience in networking or community building initiatives, preferably within sectors such as finance, IT, Web3, or entrepreneurship.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities in a part time capacity, and adapt to a hybrid work environment in Dubai.
