Requirements
- Strong Business Planning and strategic growth skills
- Experience in Channel Sales and managing Channel Partners
- Account Management and relationship building skills
- Sales and negotiation abilities
- Previous experience in events, networking communities, or B2B partnerships is beneficial
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup and manage multiple stakeholders in Dubai
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Role Description
- The Channel Development Manager is a part time, hybrid role based in Dubai, with a mix of on site event presence and work from home responsibilities.
- This role involves identifying, recruiting, and managing channel partners who can help promote and grow Money Monday Dubai’s networking events and related services.
