Job Summary
DuPod is seeking a Senior Production Engineer for manufacturing operations in the UAE.
The role oversees and optimizes production operations for modular units to achieve productivity, quality, safety, and delivery objectives.
The engineer works with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Maintenance, and Project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily manufacturing operations and optimize production workflows, capacity, manpower allocation, and resource utilization.
- Analyze production performance, identify bottlenecks, monitor KPIs, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate production execution with Design, Engineering, Procurement, Project, and Maintenance teams.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturing procedures, quality requirements, and safety regulations.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement initiatives.
- Review drawings, specifications, and work instructions and lead root cause analysis for production issues.
- Mentor production engineers, supervisors, and shop floor personnel.
- Prepare production reports and recommend process improvements, cost optimization, automation, and factory expansion initiatives.
