Job Summary
The Senior Production Engineer is responsible for overseeing and optimizing manufacturing operations within DuPod’s production facility in the UAE. This role ensures efficient execution of production activities, achievement of manufacturing targets, and continuous improvement of processes to maximize productivity, quality, and safety. The Senior Production Engineer works closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Maintenance, and Project teams to ensure seamless production of modular units while maintaining DuPod's high standards of operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.
- Plan, monitor, and optimize production workflows to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with Design, Engineering, Procurement, and Project teams to ensure smooth production execution.
- Analyze production performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Develop and monitor production KPIs, including productivity, cycle time, quality, and resource utilization.
- Support production planning activities, including manpower allocation, capacity planning, and workflow management.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturing procedures, quality requirements, and safety regulations.
