Job Summary
The QA/QC Specialist implements, monitors, and improves quality assurance and quality control systems across project sites, manufacturing facilities, and fabrication activities.
The role ensures construction, installation, and production processes comply with approved drawings, specifications, standards, contract requirements, and quality procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead quality inspections for construction activities, manufacturing processes, and material deliveries.
- Implement and improve QA/QC processes, Inspection and Test Plans, Method Statements, and quality control procedures.
- Coordinate inspections with clients, consultants, authorities, subcontractors, suppliers, and testing agencies.
- Manage NCRs, corrective and preventive actions, root cause investigations, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain inspection reports, test records, material approvals, quality dossiers, commissioning documents, and closeout deliverables.
