About the Role

Own the visual design language across digital products.

Translate user needs, research insights, and product requirements into polished, intuitive, accessible, and on-brand experiences.

Take designs from early concepts through developer-ready implementation in a hands-on product design role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design high-fidelity UI for web and mobile products using Figma.
  • Build interactive micro-prototypes for interactions, animations, transitions, and component behavior.
  • Own and evolve the design system, including components, patterns, tokens, documentation, and governance.
  • Translate UX research, user journeys, and flows into consistent visual experiences.
  • Collaborate with UX Researchers, Product Managers, and Front-End Engineers.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and incorporate usability and stakeholder feedback into iterations.
  • Present and defend design decisions using user insights and data.
  • Maintain quality across typography, layout, color, hierarchy, interaction design, and accessibility.
  • Track UI/UX trends and platform guidelines across Web, iOS, and Android.

Experience

  • 5–6 years of relevant professional experience in Product/UI Design.
  • Experience designing digital products, ideally in a product-led, SaaS, or technology environment.
  • A portfolio showing end-to-end UI design work and the impact of design decisions.
  • Experience building and maintaining design systems at scale.
  • Experience working in Agile, cross-functional product teams.

Technical and Design Skills

  • Expert-level Figma skills, including component architecture, Auto Layout, variants, variables or tokens, and scalable file structures.
  • Experience creating interactive prototypes and micro-interactions in Figma or ProtoPie.
  • Strong visual design fundamentals covering typography, layout, color, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
  • Strong understanding of interaction design, responsive design, and micro-interactions.
  • Working knowledge of WCAG and accessibility standards.
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is advantageous.

Nice to Have

  • Experience designing Arabic RTL and English LTR interfaces.
  • Knowledge of Saudi DGA standards, regulations, or Digital Maturity metrics.
  • Experience with ProtoPie or After Effects.
  • Basic understanding of front-end frameworks such as React.
  • Experience designing products for both Web and mobile platforms.
