E-Commerce Operations Executive

Role Overview

Platform and Catalogue Management

• Manage Magento 2 product catalogues, categories, site configuration, pricing, promotions, and product attributes.
• Maintain accurate and complete product information across storefronts, markets, and currencies.
• Troubleshoot catalogue and front-end issues and coordinate with IT or development teams.

On-Site Merchandising

• Manage category sorting, product mapping, banners, and product placement.
• Ensure products are correctly positioned and visible in relevant categories.
• Monitor performance and improve the online shopping experience through effective merchandising.

Inventory and Orders

• Maintain stock levels and inventory across multiple storefronts.
• Process and track orders and resolve order-related issues.
• Monitor fulfilment timelines across the webshop and Amazon and coordinate on issues.

Amazon and Marketplaces

• Create and manage Amazon product listings across regional stores.
• Keep Amazon listings accurate, complete, and aligned with the product catalogue.
• Support marketplace operations and monitor listing-related issues.

Essential Requirements

• Hands-on Magento 2 administration experience, especially catalogue management, promotions, and configuration.
• Proven online merchandising and Amazon Seller Central experience.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and prioritization skills.
• Comfort working across multiple markets and currencies.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.

Desirable Experience

• Multi-market retail experience, 3PL and fulfilment coordination, and basic HTML/CSS knowledge are desirable.
• Familiarity with GA4 or similar analytics platforms, content writing, and AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude is desirable.
